Self-funded applicants are assessed under each university's own brochure, which may set different conditions.
What an application involves
Four things to read before you write to a university
Each page states the rule, cites the article it comes from, and says what is left to the university's own brochure.

Boundaries
What this site does and does not do
Quotes the rules
National measures, the scholarship guide and the entry-exit regulations, each cited to its article with the date we read it.
Leaves school facts to schools
Deadlines, tuition and programme lists belong to each university's brochure. We do not guess them.
Makes no predictions
No admission odds, no rankings of schools or agents, no promises. The school decides admission.
